  • A Transaction Coordinator assists real estate agents and brokers by completing administrative duties through each stage of the transaction. Your TC will gather all necessary information, review documents, and follow up on any contractual items required to get you to closing!

  • Being a real estate agent means you have to be a jack of all trades from staying on top of market trends, marketing and so much more. We know your goal is to grow your business and one of the first things you can pass off for the cheapest investment is paperwork. In short we give you your time back to invest in other areas of your business!

  • In short yes! Once you’ve scheduled your onboarding call with us we’ll go over the details on how you work and how we can support you. But our job is to communicate and coordinate on your behalf and of course, you will be CC’d on every email sent in regards to your clients and offers.

  • Not at all! We assist realtors and brokers across the state of Texas so you don’t need to be located near us.

  • All communication can be handled via email, text or call to your TC!

  • We are based in Houston, Texas.

  • We work with broker and agents across the state of Texas!

  • No we work per a file basis so there is no need for a contract to be signed and you are charged at closing.

  • You will not be billed if your contract terminates. Listings that are terminated are charged a $150 instead of the standard rate.

    • Negotiate: Create Comps, CMAs or a Seller Net Sheet

    • Amendments: We prepare amendments only if all verbiage is written out and emailed to us

    • Vendors: Coordinating with inspectors, handymen, and appraisers

    • Marketing: Social Media Posting, Lead Generation, ETC.

  • Listings need to be submitted at least 72 hrs before the go live date. For executed contracts we need it submitted as soon as both parties have signed and an executed date has been listed. For offer prep services we offer a 3 hr turn around time.

  • Yes we hold standard hours of 8 to 7 PM Sunday through Monday. Any transactions submitted after this time will be handled the following day.
